ICF Sunday School — Special Education & Inclusion Department Lead Application

Position Summary
The Special Education & Inclusion Department Lead provides leadership and oversight for all special education, inclusion, accessibility, and accommodation services within ICF Sunday School. This role is responsible for ensuring students with disabilities and diverse learning needs are appropriately supported within the Sunday School environment while fostering a culture of inclusion throughout the program.

The Department Lead serves as the primary resource for teachers, aides, volunteers, and parents regarding accommodations, behavioral support, accessibility, and inclusive educational practices. This position requires a collaborative leader who can support students directly while also coaching and developing staff to better serve all learners.

This is a part-time, on-site contract position. The Department Lead is required to be physically present at Sunday School every Sunday, with additional weekday availability required for parent meetings, staff training, and administrative planning.
