ICF Technical Services – Part-Time Technical Assistant

Position Summary
The Islamic Center of Frisco (ICF) is hiring a proactive Part-Time Technical Assistant to support the seamless operation of our technical infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with technical experience or the ability to quickly learn new systems, particularly for evening and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot audio/video systems, including live streaming and digital signage.
• Provide on-site tech support for prayers, events, and programs.
• Respond to IT and technical requests.
• Manage live streaming platforms (e.g., Blackmagic, Epiphan).
• Monitor facility systems and update digital content.

Working Hours: Part-time (10-15 hours/week), primarily evenings and weekends, with additional hours during events.
