Be part of one of the most exciting community celebrations in North Texas at ICF’s Festival on the 4th! This vibrant evening brings together thousands of families from across the region for a high-energy summer event filled with food, culture, entertainment, and community connection. Taking place on July 4, 2025 from 5 PM to 10 PM on ICF grounds, the festival creates a unique opportunity for food vendors to serve a diverse and engaged audience.
We are now accepting applications for food vendors and food trucks to be part of this highly anticipated event. This is a great opportunity to showcase your menu, grow your customer base, and be part of a family-friendly environment with strong foot traffic throughout the evening. With a festive atmosphere and wide community reach, it’s an excellent platform to highlight your business during the summer holiday season.
Vendor Details & Guidelines:
Food vendor fee is $750 for restaurants/food trucks and $500 for dessert or drink-only stalls. All vendors are required to obtain a valid City of Frisco food permit and pass all required health inspections prior to the event. Vendors must comply with all applicable local health and safety regulations.
Please note that vendor spaces are limited and selection will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, with final approval made by the Eid Carnival committee to ensure a balanced and diverse food selection. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Selected vendors will be contacted directly via email by the event coordinators to confirm participation and complete payment.
